I love using content writing tools. I enjoy technology in business life in general, and tools for writers are a big part of this.

Google Trends is one of the most common tools I have been using for a while. It helps us decide the one to use among synonymous phrases. You just write the alternatives and it compares the popularity. You don't need to guess, rely on real users' behaviour.

Hemingway warns me about long sentences, low readability and helps me improve my content by suggesting alternative words. However, I find it a bit too much criticizing. But we don't have to apply all the recommendations, do we? It's always nice to double-check.

I have to say, Grammarly is my favourite. I've used the paid and free versions until now. Both are very helpful and precise. With Grammarly, you can easily find and fix minor errors in your posts. Although the application is much more detailed when purchased, the free version is also extremely effective.

Moreover, when you use it as a Chrome extension, you can easily check all the text that you type on Chrome. Bravo and thanks Grammarly!

Find a better way to use the language

Power Thesaurus is a side tool among the content writing tools. Let's say you feel that there is a better word to write something, but you cannot find it. Ask Power Thesaurus. Here you will see synonyms, antonyms, definitions, and more. There are also idioms and phrases with the same meaning as your boring word. For example, when you write 'happy', it tells your 'over the moon'. Voila! Your content is much more fun now.

Distribute the content

Mailchimp enshrines in our hearts because it offers plenty of free services. There are both practical and stylish design alternatives to deliver the content you have prepared. It makes it very easy to prepare a newsletter according to your preferences thanks to its own tools.

EmailHunter allows you to access the email addresses when you enter your target company domain. Limited use is available free of charge. It can be useful for those who want to create a database.

Add an image to your post

With Canva, you can create images of exact size for several platforms. You can add text or other items to the image. You can download it in different sizes and formats. Drag and drop. Everything is simple and cool here.

To find a free stock image, Pexels will help you. There are professional images in many subjects and styles on Pexels. My main image is also from there if you like it.
